Am I eligible to join AutoPartners?
All Australian independent motor workshop owners, managers or mechanics are eligible to join AutoPartners. If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact the AutoPartners Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048 or see our Terms and conditions.
Can I be a member of Capricorn Society and a member of AutoPartners?
Yes you can! By becoming a member of both Capricorn Society and AutoPartners, you can essentially double your rewards points. If you purchase AutoPartners brands on your Capricorn account, you can earn points on both your Capricorn and AutoPartners account.
What is the return address for posting satchels back to AutoPartners?
The return address details are pre-printed on every AutoPartners satchel. You can also place your barcodes, proof of purchase documents and Natrad vouchers in an envelope and send it to us free of charge to the following address:

What if my details on the satchels are incorrect?
Each satchel you receive will be personalised with your details, including your member number and/or a special barcode. If the pre-printed details are incorrect, please Update your Details online or contact our Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048. Do not use an incorrectly labelled satchel to return your barcodes and purchase documents.
What if I run out of AutoPartners satchels?
Each time you send a full satchel to AutoPartners, you will automatically receive a replacement satchel in the mail. You can arrange for satchels to be sent to you at any time by requesting sachels online or by contacting our Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048.
How can I find my AutoPartners member number?
Your AutoPartners member number is located on your points statement. If you have trouble locating your member number, call our Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048.
Where do I send my barcodes and Proof of Purchase Documents?
Simply place your barcodes, proof of purchase documents, Natrad 100 points vouchers and any bonus point vouchers you have collected in an AutoPartners reply paid satchel that is provided upon registration. When the satchel is reasonably full, send it back to us for processing and your points will be credited to your account.
Can I return my barcodes and proof of purchase documents in other envelopes or boxes?
Yes, but please remember to write your name, address and member number on the outside of the envelope or box to ensure your points are awarded correctly and address to:

How do I earn Rewards Points?

Direct Sales DataIf you have an account with Century, sign a Direct Data Authority Form for your points to be accumulated automatically. If not, send us your proof of purchase documents in your AutoPartners reply paid satchel. If you have an account with Shell or one of Shell's nominated distributors you can also earn points automatically. Earn points directly at R&E Auto Parts for brands other than Shell: Gates, ACDelco filters and Shell. Earn points directly at Burson Auto Parts for Permatex and associated Permatex maintenance chemical brands. Call AutoPartners on 1300 650 048 to register for direct data. |

VouchersRequest your 100 points vouchers for all Participating Natrad & Adrad stores plus Independent radiator and air conditioning stores, for product and service purchases over $100+ GST, and post them to AutoPartners in your AutoPartners reply paid satchel. |
Once you are registered as an AutoPartners member, you will be provided with a reply paid satchel in your welcome kit. Simply fill your satchel with the barcodes and Air Conditioning & Radiator points vouchers you have collected (and proof of purchase documents if applicable) and send them back to AutoPartners for processing. You will automatically be sent a replacement satchel upon receipt of each satchel you return to us.
How many points can I earn?
To give you an idea of the amount of points you can expect to earn, the chart below indicates the potential points that can be earned by various sized workshops:

What products can I earn points on?
AutoPartners gives you the opportunity to earn rewards points on a wide range of automotive parts and lubricants that you purchase everyday!
It's as easy as sending us your barcodes, proof of purchase documents and Air Conditioning & Radiator points vouchers from Participating brands in the program. When will my points be awarded?
Generally, your points are credited to your account each week. To find out your latest points balance online by Checking your points balance online. As this is a secure area of the website, you will require your membership number and allocated password/ date of birth to access your details. If you have forgotten your membership number or password, please contact our Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048.
You can also check your points balance by referring to your latest points statement which is mailed to you approximately every 3 months. Alternatively, contact our Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048 for an up-to-date balance. Operating hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm AEST.
What can points be redeemed for?
Once you?ve joined, you?ll receive a copy of the latest AutoPartners rewards catalogue for a complete listing of the reward items on offer. And when you?ve earned enough rewards points you can redeem them for the reward(s) of your choice. You can also view the range of rewards online under the Rewards section; search by points? value or by product classification.
AutoPartners regularly runs special rewards offers aside from those offered in the rewards catalogue. To check out the latest rewards offers, refer to the Rewards Specials section, or the current edition of your Streets Ahead magazine or contact the Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048.
What if I believe I have some points missing?
Check your latest points statement that is mailed to you approximately every 3 months, paying particular attention to points statement period it refers to. If you believe you are eligible for more points in that period, contact our Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048 for further investigation.
Please note, if you are missing Shell or Century points, it may be that your direct sales information has not been sent to your AutoPartners account by that Partners. You should also check that you have signed an AutoPartners Direct Data Authority form to enable your Shell and Century points to automatically accumulate.
I have some old Proof of Purchase forms or vouchers. Can I have these credited to my AutoPartners account?
Yes you can, as long as the purchase dates were made following your AutoPartners registration date. Contact our Customer Interaction Centre if there are any discrepancies.
Can I transfer my AutoPartners points to Capricorn Society?
Yes you can! Points can be transferred between programs at a 1:1 exchange rate. I.e. One AutoPartners rewards point is of equal value to one Capricorn Society point. A points transfer fee of 500 points does apply however, for each transaction made to Capricorn Society. The minimum number of points which can be transferred from AutoPartners to Capricorn Society is 1,000 points, increasing in multiples of 100 points.
You must be an AutoPartners member for a minimum of 3 months.in order to qualify for points transfer.
To request a points transfer, download a Points Transfer Authority form online or contact the Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048 to be faxed or mailed a form.
Can I transfer my Capricorn Society points to AutoPartners?
Yes you can! Points can be transferred between programs at a 1:1 exchange rate. I.e. One AutoPartners rewards point is of equal value to one Capricorn Society point. Members also qualify for a 10% rewards claim bonus for points transferred to AutoPartners. The 10% rewards claim bonus is calculated on the total number of points transferred to AutoPartners.
The minimum number of points which can be transferred from AutoPartners to Capricorn Society is 1,000 points, increasing in multiples of 100 points.
You must be an AutoPartners member for a minimum of 3 months in order to qualify for points transfer.
To request a points transfer, download a Points Transfer Authority form online or contact the Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048 to be faxed or mailed a form.
Where can I earn points via direct data sales?
If you shop at either Burson Auto Parts or R&E Auto Parts you can earn points via direct sales data for certain participating brands. This means you no longer need to collect barcodes or proof of purchase documents for those brands. To register, you need to complete a direct data authority form, authorising AutoPartners to obtain direct sales data from these resellers on your behalf. Once you register for direct data, you can no longer earn points for barcode returns on these brands.
When will my direct sales data be supplied?
A -AutoPartners will start to receive direct sales data from Bursons or R∓E following receipt of your signed direct data authority form. Sales data is supplied at the beginning of each month, for the previous month.
How long do my points last for?
AutoPartners points no longer expire. This new rule came into effect at the beginning of 2006 and replaces the original 3 year life on points. That means better value for members! Now members can continue to earn points and save for bigger ticket rewards without the fear of losing hard earned points along the way, providing you remain active and earn points during each 12 month period. In the event that you become inactive and don't earn any points in a year, then all current points are forfeited.

How do I make a rewards claim?
Claiming rewards is easy! Once you have selected the reward(s) you wish to claim, simply follow these easy steps ?
- Confirm you have enough points by referring to your latest Points Statement, online by logging in (use the form up the top right of this page) or by phoning the Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048.
- Search for the rewards you wish to claim through the online Rewards Catalogue, add your selected products to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout for you claim to be submitted online.
- Alternatively, you can contact the Customer Interaction Centre to request for the latest Rewards Catalogue and a Rewards Claim Form to be mailed or faxed to you.
Please allow up to 8 weeks for processing and delivery of your rewards claims; majority of rewards will arrive well within this timeframe. (This includes points transfers between AutoPartners and Capricorn)
Can I redeem my points for cash?
No, points cannot be converted into cash. Points can only be redeemed for rewards or transferred to Capricorn Society (if you're a Capricorn member).
If I don't have enough points to claim a reward, can I pay for the shortfall in cash?
No, you can only claim a reward if you have enough AutoPartners points. Prior to claiming your rewards, you need to ensure you have collected enough points to claim by Checking Online or contacting us.
If you are a Capricorn member, you can transfer points across from your Capricorn account to make up the shortfall in AutoPartners points. The minimum number of points which can be transferred from Capricorn Society to AutoPartners is 1,000 points, increasing in multiples of 100 points. Contact our Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048 for a Points Transfer Authority form or request an online Points Transfer.
When will my rewards be delivered?
Please allow up to 8 weeks for processing and delivery of your rewards claims. The majority of rewards will arrive well within this timeframe. (This includes points transfers between AutoPartners and Capricorn).
Please note: If you have claimed rewards from different suppliers they will be delivered separately to your workshop address. For example, a Panasonic TV will be delivered direct from Panasonic.
