Important Information
Make sure you read this information before making a rewards claim:
- Before you make a rewards claim, log in and check your points balance. You will require your AutoPartners member number and password to log in. Alternatively you can phone our Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048 during office hours for a points' balance.
- AutoPartners gives no warranty whatsoever with respect to rewards provided. No warranty is provided for the quality of the reward or in respect of its' suitability for purpose.
- All reward descriptions are provided by suppliers. Merchandise may differ slightly from the published images.
- Please choose carefully as rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded or substituted.
- AutoPartners will try to provide a suitable replacement should a product be unavailable or discontinued.
- Damaged or faulty goods must be advised to the AutoPartners Customer Interaction Centre within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Rewards will be only delivered to business addresses. No delivery is available to PO Boxes or personal addresses.
- Any special requests for products outside of those featured in the current rewards catalogue will incur a fee of 1,000 AutoPartners rewards points. This fee will be charged at the time of enquiry and is non-refundable.
