- Barcodes for the AutoPartners program are no longer being accepted. All satchels or envelopes sent to the barcode processing facility will be returned.
- All rewards points in the AutoPartners program have now ceased.
- Workshops with outstanding rewards deliveries or require a Claim Confirmation letter can contact the AutoPartners Customer Interaction Centre on 1300 650 048 during office hours.
- AutoPartners gives no warranty whatsoever with respect to rewards provided. No warranty is provided for the quality of the reward or in respect of its' suitability for purpose. Product warranties remain the responsibility of the original distributors, manufacturers and/or suppliers of products offered in the program. Neither AutoPartners, nor its Partners, accept any responsibility or liability for damaged or faulty products, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Workshops should direct queries regarding warranties to the product manufacturer.
